Had a system installed by them and had some issues. Asked for my thermostat to be left after the install they did not do that. The air didn't seem to be blowing correctly and their tech came out and he said needed to come back out to adjust the fan speed and they would balance the system which never happened. I asked for dampeners to be installed and they were not. I had them come back out to balance the system and all they did was close the vent on the bathroom that has too much airflow. Schedule appt one month out to look at the duct work with Shawn and they canceled the appt after I called them, which was an hour after the appointment time.
