This week I took my BMW to a shop in Scottsdale and the diagnosis was a faulty water pump and thermostat. I tried to get it replaced under warranty there, but the owner was charging far more than they would cover. I called up Tim yesterday and he was able to quote me on a far more reasonable price and work with my insurance company to get the costs covered. He was pretty booked for today, but was able to squeeze me in and get the repair done. The car is driving great post-completion. Overall this was a great experience.
