I've been a loyal Bookman's customer for years. But lately the book buyers at their Phoenix location have become condescending. Especially the men. I had a bad experience with a short guy with a long, full black beard with grey (?) in it. My family members don't want to trade with them any more. I was the last hold-out, and I don't think I want to either.
