I mistakenly schedule a tire rotation and balance at this location. This is much farther than other locations. However, I was provided way better service at this location. After being treated poorly at the other location i went to by mistake, Brian took the time to show me how to reset the maintenance light on my dash for this service and got me taken care of. He even empathize with me when i was complaining about the lack of service I received at the other location. Working in customer service can be stressful mostly because of the people you have to deal with but Brian made sure I left happy and was extremely nice through the entire process of balancing my tires. Even the guys working the bays were extremely nice. I will drive all the way out of my way to this location any day over the one on Dobson and Chandler.
