I have been coming here since I moved to Charlotte and I have never had a bad experience! I find eyebrow maintenance to be a royal pain since I hate tweezing, but I like to have them shaped for special occasions. I have not gone back to waxing since I discovered threading. I find it to be quicker, less painful and cheaper. Plus my skin is sensitive so after a wax the whole upper portion of my face looks red and angry for hours. This is greatly diminished with threading.
I generally go on a Monday or Tuesday when they have 25% off threading services so the brow shaping is only $9 which is a good deal. My eyebrows always come out looking natural and because I pop in during lunch I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes without an appointment. The threading itself doesn't take much more than 5 minutes.
