I ran over an object coming through Utah and ripped up a tire. I got the spare on (with help) but the local tire shops didn't have the right tire for my car. He went over the car checklist with me and made sure I understood he wasn't trying to upsell me, he was just letting me know what I should have done when I got back to Los Angeles and said everything could wait until I got home.
