I'm big on researching and customer reviews. I went online, put in an application for an appt and was notified right away and was able to get my little guy in on the desired day I wanted. Veronica arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. I described how I would like my bichon/poo to look and she delivered!! We've lived in Phx 3 yrs and I cannot tell you how many groomers have just shaved him to where you are able to see his pink skin. Be it summer or winter. RIDICULOUS! The best part of finding this mobile groomer is that my 15yr old bichon mix isn't in and out of a cage/kennel for 3+ hours. We will definitely be repeat customers.
