Dr. Abbey Roberts is okay, we have been going to her for quite a while, however, somewhere along the line the name changed to Town Center Medical Plaza. I am not sure what exactly went on behind the scenes but they completely lost any sense of customer service, and the very first time they had a problem with me actually voicing my dissatisfaction , they wouldn't even renew my husbands prescription. They certainly think a lot of themselves and could really care less about the patients. Unless of course, your retired. they seem to cater to the Medicare bunch.
