I had such a great experience at The Bridal Shop AZ! I made an appointment at this store after trying on dresses at 4 separate bridal salons (probably 40+ dresses total), including another "discount" store and found my dress here! Rena, was so sweet and helpful, and was there every second that I needed her. I happened to go to this appointment alone, and another bride who was also alone ended up being there at the same time. Rena split her time between the two of us, and was always gracious. The other bride found her dress, too; in fact, it was the first one she tried on!!
The dresses at this store are all samples of discontinued dresses, so they are at least half off the original dress price. I believe most, if not all, of the dresses come from Suzanne's Bridal which is in the same complex and is owned by the same woman, Suzanne. My dress was the Paloma Blanca 4055, and I bought it for over 65% off, which was amazing!!! Even though I was alone, Rena made me feel like I really had the "I found the dress" moment. She helped pick out a matching veil and belt that made my vision complete. That being said, she was also honest with me while I tried on other dresses that weren't just right. She doesn't work on commission; she really just loves helping brides find THE ONE.
Truthfully, I was at the store for over 5 hours (mostly because I just didn't want to chance leaving the dress for someone else to find and I spent a good portion of that time talking to my mom on the phone about the dress!) I watched as Rena handled 2 brides and their mothers, a dance troupe, and girls looking for pagent dresses, while still checking in on me and making sure I was all set. She did a great job and I think all but one of the groups found dresses while they were in the store!
The store has a wide range of sizes, at least 8-22, so I highly suggest stopping here before heading out to any other store! The discounts are amazing, and though you may not expect to find your dress when you first walk in, you just might!
