This review doesn't speak to the coffee, or even the service. Both if those are pretty good. But what you may want to do is say a prayer before you go inside of that parking lot. Did they design the lot with their eyes closed, were they high on some good loud???
Whether you use dive thru or decide to park, there is ALWAYS total anarchy in the lot. Unless you get there at Zero Dark Thirty in the morning, be prepared to gird your loins. If you're parked, you can't get out, because of the line for the drive thru. If you're at the drive thru, you're blocking in the customers that park. It's just a lose-lose, until you get that coffee on your white knuckled hands. Go at your own risk.
