Terrible. I booked an appointment for my mom and myself for 10:30 am for dip powder. We arrive on time and my mom has dip and I don't at the time, so they start working on removing my mom's right away while I am picking a color and waiting...and waiting some more even when the removal was done. They don't have any OPI dip powders, which are pretty common since I go to a couple of salons depending on my timing..anyways, 40 minutes go by, and someone comes to start on my nails and she asks if I can move. I let her know I booked two appointments so we can be together...she got a part of her supplies and wasn't too happy about it. I guess walk-ins are welcome but appointments are not. She got up to do so many things (phone, take payment, get a drink for another waiting client) while working on my nails and my entire service was interrupted and super rushed. My mom and I finished at the same time. During my service, when I pointed how my nail is not straight, she got an attitude about it. The whole place is highly disorganized...no name tags or any uniform type of clothing. Also, I suggest they hire someone just for the reception so that the technician can focus on doing nails and not get up to answer the phone, take payment, or ask and get someone else a beverage. My nails look so mediocre and my service should have taken way longer. I have color on the skin around my nails because God forbid I let her know how I want my on nails to look. They are still not how short or straight I need them to be. Her tone of voice was as if I don't know anything, so rude. She couldn't wait to be done with my nails! She didn't even file under my nails so there is a lot of stuff between my skin and nails, where there shouldn't be. The cherry on top is how disgusting the cuticle oil smells and very strong too. Btw, my mom's nails are pretty terrible too so spending extra time wasn't any better either. This place is brand new and gorgeous, however service is terrible and as a first time customer I definitely won't be going back.
