Came I today to upgrade our phones. I've never been to this location, I was helped by Sarai at the Rainbow and 215 location so I continue to see her.
She was working at this location when I went in and I was very satisfied. The wait wasn't too long and the new location is very big and spacious. They offer more phone accessories, ECT.
After completing our upgrade we noticed our car chargers were not working. We turned the car around and talked to Denise who was the general manager. She was extremely pleasant to work with. After trying out 4 individual car chargers she finally suggested we try the Verizon issued chargers. They were a little more expensive, and are offered in 4 different colors. These chargers worked and she told us not to worry about the difference in price.
Thank you Sarai and Denise for making my expensive trip to Verizon pleasant and not stressful!
