We LOVE a good burger - this place does not disappoint. Choose because it was convenient to the Bodies exhibit at the Luxor, and maybe because it had burgers and loads of beer options. Anyway, we weren't really sure what we were getting into. Glad we lucked out with this random choice. You choose your burger type - beef, Kobe, buffalo, veggie, turkey and I want to say something else... chicken maybe? Then you choose a type of bun - plain, pretzel, ciabotta, and a couple of others. Then topping - there are different greens, cheeses, mushrooms, proteins, uh... Lots of options. My hubby ordered the Buffalo burger and I ordered a regular beef one. He just got cheese, lettuce and tomato. I got cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a fried egg. We both like.our burgers medium well. Both burgers were cooked PERFECTLY! We both thoroughly enjoyed our burgers. Fries - lots of types of fries. I got the skinny fries (which doesn't mean low cal, rather the fry size). They were darned tasty! The hubs got a Smore Shake, which was darned good. I opted for a beer for my calories - it doesn't matter want you like, they'll have a beer for your taste. Our waitress was fantastic. She was attentive but not in-your-face. Because we were 6 friends enjoying our time together, catching up on BS and relationships and politics. My only complaint for the evening is that they don't have large tables, rather a bunch of 4-top tables that they put together to make a 6 or 8 seater or whatever. Because we were 6 we had to wait some time for two tables beside each other to open up. Not their fault, it's just that one of the tables was being slow and enjoying each other's company. I highly suggest you give this spot a try!
