Disappointed. I use Walgreens for Red box pickups, drinks, medicine and usually prescriptions. Unfortunately, they changed some procedures in the pharmacy where it is difficult/nearly impossible to get prescriptions faxed or phoned in. Who uses fax anymore anyway? I am going to try a different location next time and hope it may just be this location not all of Walgreens I also sync my exercises with balance rewards for points which gives coupons for being active. I think this is an awesome idea. I also like how it is easy to use digital coupons on the app and it is automatically synced with your phone. They did this even before Smiths did so Smiths seemed to be following Walgreens steps in this. It seems they need to update their pharmacy software to be more consistent with the app/software used in store. Please do or you will lose me as a customer.
