After having such a terrible experience over the phone. I gave it a month or two before purchasing furniture here. This time, I went directly to the store and was instantly helped. When I'm ready to buy something, by all means sales sharks come for me but if you're looking to just browse be very aware 5 different people will follow you literally around the store to get your business. Like I said, I was buying that day so this did not bother me. I purchased an entire bedroom set and a really big comfortable sectional. Furniture arrived 2 days later and there was a minor issue upon delivery that well let's just say, managed to work itself out. The delivery guys beat me down thinking my couch wouldn't get through the door. Well it got through after I refused to go back to the store and find another couch. I love my furniture nearly 10 months later. My couch is by the most comfortable couch I've ever bought. Will return soon to furnish a guest room, office, and purchase bar stools.
