yesterday I needed cab so I called this cab. They promised the driver would pick me up 20-30 minutes. 30 minutes passed, and 50 minutes passed. No one showed up. I called the cab again and they said, oh everything is good, the driver should be there in 10 minutes, if not to call back. 10 minutes passed, 20 minutes passed, nothing.. Wow! I call them again. They say, oh the driver should be there soon, if not call back. More time passes, like 20 minutes. nothing!!! Finally, when I call them, they say oh, we will just reassign you another driver. The operator did not even apologize!!!! How long, I ask... The operator says I don't know. Finally an hour and a half later, a driver does show up.
Ridiculous! Not a very reliable company. Use them at your own risk!!!
