Avoid this apartment complex! The exterior and interior is nice however the NALS management that took over is awful. Their staff is rude and they get rid of the any nice employee they have. The pool is always filled with trash from little kids playing in there with no parents. Majority of the time all the pools are closed and they don't put up signs explaining why or when it will reopen. The security is lazy. I would use the gym at night and the guard would be in there for over an hour just watching tv. The apartment above me was broken in to and there is a lot of police activity. They also towed everyone on my side of the complex's car. Had to pay $600 to get my two cars back. The office should have done a better job informing their residents. They truly do not care about the people living and paying rent. They also charge a $10 admin fee when paying rent which is ridiculous. Tons of roaches by the way too! When we moved out we left our apartment very clean and there were no stains in the carpet, yet we were still charged a large fee for cleaning when we cleaned our apartment very well. NALS has made this apartment complex run down and I am happy to be out of it. If you enjoy paying for amenities you can't use half the time and awful staff with a security guard who might as well not be there, then by all means enjoy.
