First of all, I am a fan of PDQ, however I had a less than positive experience here on Saturday evening. I went through the drive thru at about 8 p.m. and ordered crispy strips and fries. I was surprised at how quickly I received my order, only to realize after driving away that the strips and fries were barely even warm.
Every time I've been to PDQ the strips have been too hot to handle when delivered, because they make them fresh. This trip it was obvious that these strips (and fries) had been sitting around.
This is very disappointing for a brand I like so much. I'll likely give them one more chance before going back to Raising Canes.
