I've rented from this location twice.
The first time, the lady tried very aggressively to upsell to a larger (more expensive) vehicle and then they gave me the car on empty, THEN tried to charge me when I brought it back on empty, even though the notes said I received the car on empty. The second time, I brought the car back on time but the lady printed the receipt 3 minutes past the return due time so she charged me for an extra day and DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME. I had to call to demand a refund. Oh, and the first time I had to wait almost an hour because they only have one computer. I will not be back.
