This is a great gym where it almost feels like home. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ladies in child care always make me feel confident that my children are in good hands. They have an area for ladies only to work out and a movie theatre. Training is very affordable and I have had outstanding success with my trainer, Nicholas Hunter. He is a mountain of knowledge about nutrition and he's a master at modifying exercises for anyone's needs. He is an incredible coach who has helped women achieve their goals. Quite a few amenities as well as a ton of classes for a great price. If I had one issue, it would be that some of the popular machines are difficult to get on because there is only one (lying leg curl, assisted dip). Oh and the nutrition store inside the gym has great smoothies and friendly, knowledgable staff. I always recommend this place.
