This company is proof that you can put up a website with fancy words and rent a small UHaul at $20 the hour, and voila! You got yourself a moving company! I paid $300 for a 3 hour move and yet it seems that the time and amount wasn't enough. $300 is not a 'Bargain' so that tells you even the name is totally wrong. When I called and hired this company I specifically explained: "I want the big stuff moved out first!" but when by error the biggest piece was left behind, and then arrived broken, now that's when you really see the true colors. I personally admired the quick thinking, and beyond service of the movers who fixed the problem on the spot, but because this company has probably no businesses sense or probably no insurance they are not responding for an issue that should be easy to fix. Accidents do happen, but its not so much the accident but how it's fixed that makes a difference, and can change the whole face of a company for the positive and posibly make it an even greater & better business, but instead this company went as low as to make me responsible for the job security of their employees. I'm actually in shock. I give my movers 10 stars because they are hard working people that go far and beyond. But this company called it 'stealing'. What a shame! They're so wrong that they don't even realize that any good review is because of the hard work of their movers who put their faces and hard work to represent such a cheap company. I do not want any refund or anything from them. To tell you the truth I really think they just can't. Most likely they don't even have insurance nor anything. So I have learned my lesson:'When You think is cheap... That's what you get' Or 'Pay cheap, pay dear'. Or 'Cheap doesn't mean the back up of a company to ensure service, and customer satisfaction' Ok, you get it... Or hope you do.
