I didn't appreciate that I had an emergency and she didn't allow to reschedule my mothers massage. Emergency happens in life and you can't reschedule before 24 hrs. I had a groupon and she redeemed it without even using it. I still had a few days before it expired. I guess she's never had an emergency within 24 hrs. If she would have changed that she could have had more clients come to her and recommendations. Even my professors give me time to turn in somethings when life happens! Others than that she responded to text massages on time! If I could put zero starts I would.
