I am a personal assistant to a family that lives in town 1/2 of the year. Ilori is their preferred Eyewear and Optical shop. One of the members of the family was across the country on a camping expedition when his prescription glasses broke. I walked into the Ilori store when it opened at 10:00 am and presented my problem to the sales rep, Dmitri. He was quick to find all of the styles I was looking for and knew immediately whether or not there was stock available in each style. Once we settled on a style, I was told it could take up to 5 business days for the glasses to be ready. Dmitri called me back within an hour to tell me the glasses were ready for pick up! Wow! I wish all of my problems were this easy to handle!
