I have set up several appointments with them and found myself waiting almost an hour just to see the doctor each time even though it was a scheduled appointment. Everyone is kind and curteous and I trust what the doctors have to say I just find the wait time to be a little ridiculous. It was also rather difficult finding the right location for the first time as its a little hidden within the plaza.
