What is wrong with the left lane drive thru? Are the cameras or alerts not working?
I have been there 3 times, lately. I have had to yell to get someone to pay any attention and it did not always work. I sat while the other lane was waited on and served, 3 customers to be exact. Why can't the servers see who is outside and wait on them accordingly?
I do not know the manager but if this continues to be poor service at the drive thru, I will see the manager and call Corporate. We helped to get the McDonalds in this area!
