I've been a fan of Matt's for a few years but today's experience has soured to a point that I doubt return is likely. Historically, Matt's pancakes have been the tastiest and fluffiest pancakes so much that when the craving strikes, no other pancake will do. Ordered the pancakes this morning expecting the same fully goodness and was unpleasantly surprised with a gummy, chewy and dense-with-a-hint-of-stale stack of nastiness. Think pre-teen hockey puck. Couldn't even choke half of one pancake down. Between the declining quality of their food and the obnoxiously loud dining room, you'd be better off skipping MBB.
