I would give Freeman Six Stars if I could. I had a Pigeon Problem and Freeman came out and suggested options, however after some companies wanted as much as $ 300 just for coming out and providing an estimate and were already talking about thousands of dollars for screen, Spikes, Shields, Cleaning, etc. Freeman went on the roof and knocked it down from under my solar grid, Washed it down, even cleaned the ridge gutter on my roofline and charged $75 for my Rancher with one nest. WOW !!! He also stated that if they rebuild (highly unlikely since they don't like being disturbed) he will just do it again. At worst we will do some spikes however many HOA's have restrictions as to Color being the same as the house. Again his prices were fractional from other Vendors. Honest Quality Service is very hard to find in Las Vegas, However here is a Great Vendor. Sometimes he does get really busy since he is a preferred Vendor for many Property Management Companies and right now Freeman is a Sole Proprietor, However he is the Person I want to take care of my Pest Problems.
