I wanted to like this place...actually I wanted to love it. And to be fair, I went with two friends, and they really liked it. There was a short line outside on a nice warm summer evening. The decor and kitsch was fun. I loved the nostalgia of tiger tail and bubblegum ice cream. The ordering process was crazy confusing. We were "assigned' to one person but we didn't realize that. She took one order and walked away, while we waited, confused. She then also added all sorts of additional toppings without confirming with the recipient that they wanted it. My friend asked for the the additional toppings to be removed, as she didn't want them, and was never asked. The server turned around and just knocked them off. I wish she would have confirmed whether or not there was an allergy before doing that. My friends loved their ice cream. Mine was strange. I can't remember the name of the ice cream I ordered but it was very very gritty. Almost tasted like sand mixed through the ice cream. I couldn't get used to it, and it was not my favourite. I would go back, but I would choose a different ice cream next time.
