When I lived on this side of town, I was in this BB almost every week and have never had an issue. It's close to other places I need to get to, which makes it even more convenient. They do have an issue with the professionalism of the customer service representatives though. I mean they help you when you walk up, but they don't really engage you at all and are kinda just there to get you of the line as quickly as possible. I walked around about 20 minutes on my last visit before I could find anyone to help me. When someone finally did, she was very helpful, but it shouldn't have taken that long.
