I had to use this rental service several times over a 2 month period, due to some car issues from a collision place... They had to put me in rentals every time I had to take my truck back. Every time I went into this facility, yes they were always packed. sometimes only 1 person running the counter, and 1 running back and forth with checking cars in/out. Besides being understaffed at times, all the employees I interacted with all were very helpful, even upgraded a vehicle 1 or 2 times, as they remembered my face over the many times I had been in there (which I greatly appreciated considering they knew I was unhappy with the reason I even needed a rental vehicle...) Out of all the vehicles I had to use, I can recall only 1 needing to be brought back due to a servicing issue. I would give them 5 stars, but the understaffing did affect how long we had to wait a few times. Other than that, the staff were all great. Even had a gal give me a rubberband to put my hair up because it was so hot outside and in their office.
