This company does not service their equipment very well. We had a hose break on the freeway on the way home, and after 9 hours, when we went to turn in the RV, the dealer was closed. I told them what happened, and he gave me a small refund, then charged me all these extra fee's. I then wrote a letter in writing to customer service, and still no response after almost 30 days. I would not rent from them if I was you.
