Travis is an awesome mechanic. His knowledge base far superior to the guys I used in SoCal. Then again Travis rides, ( I see him on Strava posting ) and my former mechanics lets say were athletically challenged.
I don't understand some of these bizarre review. People, be proactive and check up on your orders if you start to get anxious. And stop your whining if there inventory doesn't suite your needs! But thats no reason to post a bad review!
Your bike shop is as good as your mechanic. Travis is sharp and has talents. I've been to many high end shops in Newport Beach CA selling $15,000 bikes. And the sales people and mechanics were clueless and lazy.
I can't say enough about Two Wheel Jones. They are punctual, professional and do know there stuff. You should only know what the competition is like.
