Great buys on their sale days! You must sign up for their ads. I got $500 worth of rugs that were used for displays for $80. Just needs a little TLC and will be brand new with the quality of a West Elm product. Definitely love their unique furnitures not your typical retail store furnitures. The staff was not overbearing and let you just walk around the store without constantly asking if you're ok.
