Store is very unresponsive.. I don't think I've experienced such bad customer service in my life, in person and by phone. Ironically, their customer service agents are much better. I would anticipate the worst for the waiting times, completely irresponsible responses, and fake attitudes. You're getting people to buy winter stuff for like $1000s, have some human decency pls. Rant over.
