Absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL business! Shellac Mani/Pedi was purchased for me as a birthday gift through livingsocial. After 6 unanswered phone calls and 2 unreturned messages over a 1 week period, I finally emailed them. I was informed they had my messages and return calls in order received and when would I like my appt. I wanted it for two weeks out, and was told they had no availability for almost 4 weeks out! I then returned the email asking for dates after that and was then told they don't set appointments through email and to call and leave a message! I have filed a complaint with livingsocial and hope they can resolve it, but it will still be a gift ruined by this horrible "business" *EDIT* After posting the review, I got a call from manager Rick (who is very nice) promising to honor my voucher after the expiration date if he could not get me in before that. It's a nice gesture, and we'll wait and see if it comes to fruition.... He also explained that the time it took to get back to me regarding appointments was due to being inundated with hundreds of calls from other clients with deals with just him there to answer the phone. You would think if business was going so well, they'd hire another person to help field calls. *EDIT 2* Got a call back this week with an appointment offer for 3 weeks out. Hopefully the service is worth the hassle.
