Checked in July 29th and the hotel along with the room was very warm and humid. Come to find out after calling the front desk the A/C wasnt working and had just gotten repaired. Very unhappy since this is AZ in the middle of the hottest time of the year. Finally the A/C got to working and was getting a good nights sleep, when at 2:45am the D@m fire alarm went off! The voice over the alarm system, along with a bright flashing light, and the alarm horn went on for about 20-30 minutes. After the sounds stopped the light continued to flash in the room for about an hour. Didnt hear any fire trucks or smell any smoke, so come to find out that a guest on the 7th floor had pulled the fire alarm to possibly gain some type of fame after a night of partying. THIS HOTEL IS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE, IT NEEDS A MAJOR REVAMP. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN OR WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
