I was very nervous about going to the dentist, it had been many years since I went & noone ever looks forward to the dentist.
It was Sunday late night when I filled out at all the new patient forms online, which is a plus for me. The more I can do online the better.
The office called Monday morning & scheduled an appointment for Wednesday.
I arrived for my appointment & was called back within minutes.
The girl who did the X-rays & cleaning was super nice, gentle, & non judgemental.
The dentist was great as well. He made sure I knew all my options & explained each one in detail stating the pros/cons to each.
It was determined that Im going to need a lot more dental work then expected so the lady who handles billing & insurance stuff sat down with me to explain to the process. She was very informative & openly discussed the various options for payment. I truly feel she did her best to make sure I would get the lowest price possible.
I highly recommend Dental Brothers to anyone looking for a dentist. The entire staff had unbelievably wonderful attitudes, making me feel welcome & comfortable.
