I went here about three weeks ago for a manicure and was severely disappointed. They only had two employees, and the woman who did my nails had a black eye and kept coughing into her hand and then touching mine. She could not figure out how to shape my nails, and they ended up raggedy, sharp and lop-sided. To add injury to insult, she also made four of my nails bleed by picking too much at the cuticles. Five minutes of cuticle picking per nail is above and beyond what any manicurist should do! Then, when she was done, she turned a high-powered fan on me to dry my nails. The fan was huge, and because it was -10° outside, I sat there shivering for five minutes waiting for my nails to dry. Finally, the other employee looked over and laughed and said, "oh you should come and get your nails dried under the nail dryer." However, it became apparent that only one of their hand dryers work. A woman, another customer, was using the one nail dryer that work, so I was told to rely merely on the UV light to dry my nails. I seriously sat there shaking my nails in the air for 10 minutes and they still were not completely dry. I will never go back again, especially since they charged me $20 for this ordeal! Avoid!
