One of the most pleasant hotel experiences I've had. The cost is standard fare of hotels on this size and level of luxury, but you also get free drinks, "warm snacks" (which is was baked potatoes, pasta, nachos, hot dogs, simple salad bar) and free hit breakfast. The staff seems to hustle to keep up with the rush, but they always had a smile and time to chat and say hello.
But the best deal was free wifi! Shouldn't be surprising nowadays but the Hilton down the road didn't have free internet which is what led me to search for a different hotel.
