The initial parking experience (when we arrived) wasn't bad. We arrived at 1am so it wasn't busy, and we were able to get a good parking spot and shuttled to the airport right away. We booked our parking reservation through a 3rd party site and everything went smoothly so that was nice! But, when we came back from our trip, nothing went right. First of all, there wasn't enough room in the shuttle, even though I had just called and asked, but we were in a hurry and couldn't wait for the next one, so I was forced to sit on the floor of the shuttle. Then, when we got back to the parking lot, they had overbooked the lot so they triple-parked some cars, conveniently blocking our car in. I went into the office and asked what we're supposed to do, and luckily they had valet'd those cars so they had the keys. The lady asked if I'd wait 5 minutes for a shuttle driver to move the car (obviously I had to, where else was I gunna go?). That 5 minutes turned into 20. Then the driver took forever to move the car. Like I said, we were in a hurry and had to drive 2.5 hours home from Toronto. From the time we got back to the lot from the airport, to the time we left to go home, we were there for 45 minutes. May I add, not ONCE did they apologize for the inconvenience. I wouldn't park here again.
