I really have to give it up for P.F. Chang's. Their service was just phenomenal! We dined at P.F. Chang's twice while in Las Vegas - during our first visit, we explained that my wife has a gluten sensitivity and the staff went overboard to ensure she was well taken care of, from recommending their favorite gluten free items to ensuring she had gluten free soy sauce. On our second visit, we were pulling a large wagon full of equipment (my wife and I are photographers and were working that day in the casino) and they ensured that we were sat at a table where our wagon would be safe from accidental kicks and that other patrons would not trip over it. Once more, our waiter made excellent recommendations and we received wonderful service. It was actually one of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had. I'd like to add that it's little things like this that make or break a trip. We happened to be in Las Vegas for business that day, but the staff made us feel as though we were on vacation.
