WARNING!!!!!!!! Do not rent from this location!!!!!!! Choose any other Hertz location. Although I have rented from many different rental car locations with no problems, This location is ripping me off by charging me for $357.77 for 5 days that I did not have the car. The agreement that I reserved for was for 4 days at a total cost of $101.96. I returned the car on time and everything appeared fine. later that month I noticed that the balance on my credit card was excessively high. Upon reviewing my account I found that this location had added 5 extra days to my charge without even notifying me. I then called the 800 number provided by Hertz, I spent 45 minutes on hold and never spoke to anyone. I then began an online session in a chat forum with a representative from Hertz who immediately told me that they couldn't help me that I needed to call the 800 number. I disputed the charge with my credit card company who then opened up a case. I was later notified that the case was closed and that my $357.77 was deducted from my credit account balance. One week later, a new charge appeared on my account again for $357.77. Here we go again!
