Pretty good, overall. The scent of bleach hits you when you walk in. They really need to get a better scented cleaning solution! The decor is very "frozen yogurt chain store," shiny and white with pops of color. I suppose the little mascot gives them a little bit of character. Ordered a small vanilla snow with mochi and condensed milk. The condensed milk was a light drizzle, and the ice could have used more. The mochi amount was also pretty conservative. The ice itself was feathery, light, and sticky, but did not really taste of vanilla. The mochi was very hard and tough, which makes me think they are chilling it instead of keeping it at room temperature. I prefer my mochi pillowy and softly chewy. The employees were polite enough, though not super friendly. The woman who took my order busied herself with promptly cleaning the ice machine while a random guy from the back came out and called out my order. The nice huge plastic spoon was appreciated. The product is a little pricey for what you get though, compared to similar places.
