Food meh, service bad.
Service: I would describe it as "drive by service". For our bread, for example, a random runner just dropped the bread basket while walking by. Water glasses not refilled, hard to get the server to come to pick up the check, etc.
Food: OILY. I asked the server for any pasta dishes that were lighter, as I've been to other Tutto Pasta locations and everything is oily. The dish she recommended, pasta&chicken, was super oily and salty.
There are not many Italian restaurants in Madison. I think the only reason that Tutto Pasta is successful is because there isn't much competition.
