I love that the same tile (or marble) floor is still there, I think its been there since the 90's or longer. It has held up very well over the many years and is a reminder that quality lasts. Now put some of that quality back on the shelves and the buyers will return. Remember when clerks would take your measurements and help you dig through for the right size? Go back to that. If I know exactly what fit I need I'll probably just order on line and have it delivered. When I come to your store I want to make sure I get something that fits, which you currently dont have. I needed a clean white buttondown for a function and had to leave with something that fits like a tent. If it truly is just impossible to carry shirts for tall, skinny(ish - who am I kidding) guys then get an in store tailor. I'd be all over that and would happily pay $10-15 extra to leave with something that actually fits. Sadly - at least in the mens departmen - the selection here is abysmal.
