No receptionist. Electronic check for in; Great for me... But confused the elderly couple that came in. My name called, took my ID and paperwork, 14 people behind me in line. 14 people cleared out of the reception area. Walked into the back area found a manager and complained. She found my passport laying on the counter... And when I went in for the test, someone else's Pee was still in the room. Floors were littered. Fast service, kinda harsh and rushed. I'd hit the Anthem village location instead. Oh, and she wanted to leave my purse alone in a room unattended. I asked to have it locked up... She said it was too big to fit in their "locker". Said I should've brought somebody with me to leave it with. Huh!? It's an average size purse. It fit in the "locker" which was actually a quest lab drop-off box.
