Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT come here. I saw Dr. Jaffrey for a few years only because he was closest to my area.
When I was 17 years old, he told me I was overweight. Apparently 5'4" and 120lbs is 'overweight'. He increased my seizure medication because a major side effect was weight loss. In fact, he increased it so much I passed out and couldn't breathe! Come to find out, he was prescribing way more than I could handle.
He made an error numerous times on my prescriptions. He saw me regularly for 3 years and still could not remember my name or anything about me. He even got me mixed up with other patients a couple of times. He seemed completely uninterested during our conversations. There were a few times I even thought he was under the influence and he'd literally look like he was about to fall asleep. He was incredibly rude and uneducated. Yes, uneducated. I find it impossible to believe this man got a license to practice medicine.
All he cares about is making money off of you and I guarantee he could care less about your wellbeing.
