Got 2 coupons, one on my car and one on my wife's, for a $15.99 oil change. We both went in, brought both cars, and although the coupon said "1 per customer", I figured since we are TWO people bringing in TWO cars, we are two customers. Todd insisted the coupon means "one per family" instead. I didn't argue it at all, even though he was hostile as if I was going to argue it. Needless to say, they lost 2 customers' worth of business as we are not going back due to this poor customer service. I am only giving the review a second star because the other guy at the counter was actually really nice.
