A car wash business has one job and that is to clean your car. Cobblestone is the worst place to pay for a car wash. When you get your car back they will tell you that your car is not clean simply because you did not pay for the most expensive detail. A basic wash should provide you with a clean car. If I want to add different shines or waxes and I would pay additional money. Do not waste your time or money on a $30-$40 ultimate wash. The customer service from the management on the floor at this car wash is the worst I've ever seen. Basic wash= I basically only expect the car to be clean. Ultimate wash= I expect the car to be cleaned as well as the additional armorall etc. that they promise above and beyond the basic wash. The response I received from management was ultimate wash= don't expect your car to be clean unless you pay for a detail. The express wash is the only wash worth doing. If you pay $5 or $30 you will still be wiping it down on your own when you're done. They simply do not care.
