I have seen better and had better Service but after my Day trip to Cleveland Hopkins Yesterday starting at 4:30am I was not satisfied on how are shuttle Driver made me walk from are parking spot all the way up to the main gate just for a Shuttle to pick up me up and d I transport to the airport. I did notice that parking staff had people lined up parking in a row behind other vehicles blocking them in plus blocking the emergency lane...
When the Day ended at 6pm i had no option but to walk back from the Gate to the Vehicle. Not good service. Oh and FYI the picture of the employee helping people put suitcase in or out of the vehicle is fake I have not seen anyone do this. since I been parking here.
Pro's Good Service, Quick shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly/Helpful staff.
Cons: Depends on the morning and time it can take forever to get a bus. If your consider of walking your wrong better take the bus.
